All the birthday vibes to our own 🎂🥳

Honestly, we watched her grow so much over the last 3 years, from working the front desk to graduating the Yoga Vibe 200-hour Teacher Training to now, teaching 4 classes on the schedule 🧘🏻 And managed to have a little fun along the way 🤣

Wish her well tomorrow and every Wednesday at 830a, Thursdays at 630p, Sundays at 1130a and Tuesdays (but not today) at 5pm.

Capturing some upcoming new faces at the Vibe 🙌🏻📷

Photo shoots are fun, not only to grab some of the fresh faces you’ll be seeing soon on the schedule, but also because it brings together some familiar faces you don’t always get in the same place at the same time 🥰

A new rotation of yoga teacher training grads leading the Saturday 830am Feel Great For 8$ begins this weekend, with for July, followed in the coming months by Daniel Atwell and 🧘🏻 And starting August 1st, will helm a new Friday class at 6pm: Gentle Flow + Restorative 😌

We can’t tell you how many times we’ve forgotten things on our way to yoga. Left the house without a hair tie? Ask our friendly neighborhood front deskie 🙋🏼‍♂️ Need a mat? We’ve plenty of rentals. Just don’t forget your shoes after class 🩴 (yes, it happens more than you think 🦶)

That one time Candlelight Flow became glow stick yoga 🧘‍♂️ 🔦

Sometimes you just have to go with the (glow stick) flow, like in ’s recent birthday class 💐 What we can always guarantee is you’ll leave feeling more relaxed than when you arrived 😌
