Founder Story

I was given a name with meaning long before I understood what purpose truly was.

My family chose my name intentionally—rooted in history, identity, and expectation. For much of my early life, I carried that name without fully knowing what it asked of me. It wasn’t until I paused long enough to research its meaning that I realized it wasn’t simply a label—it was an invitation. A call to step into alignment, responsibility, and service.

That discovery became a turning point.

I began taking intentional steps to live in integrity with what my name represented, and in doing so, I followed a path that consistently led me back to one central truth: healing is both personal and collective, and empowerment begins with understanding the self.

My professional journey reflects that truth. I have formal experience in psychology and domestic violence counseling and advocacy, where I supported individuals navigating trauma, power dynamics, and recovery. That work deepened my respect for the resilience of the human spirit and reinforced the importance of safety, autonomy, and informed choice in the healing process.

My curiosity and commitment to holistic care led me further—into massage therapy, the study of human anatomy, and somatic healing. Through hands-on work, I learned that the body carries memory, emotion, and unspoken stories, often long after the mind has moved on. This understanding naturally expanded into energy work and Reiki, where I witnessed how spiritual alignment and nervous system regulation can coexist and reinforce one another.

Eventually, my path led me to numerology.

What began as study became synthesis. Numerology offered language to patterns I had already been observing—cycles, tendencies, timing, and personal truth expressed through numbers. It provided a framework that connected psychology, spirituality, embodiment, and identity in a way that felt both ancient and practical.

Today, my work exists at the intersection of all these disciplines.

I guide others in understanding themselves more deeply—through their stories, their bodies, their experiences, and their inherent design. Everything I offer is informed by education, lived experience, and a belief that clarity is power. Healing does not require becoming someone new; it requires remembering who you already are.

This work is not accidental. It is the result of listening—to my name, my training, my intuition, and the people I have been honored to support along the way.

And I am still answering that call.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

“Is this legitimate if it’s donation-based?”

Yes.

This work is:
• Trauma-informed
• Delivered through a structured curriculum
• Facilitated within clear ethical and non-clinical boundaries
• Evaluated using participant feedback and outcome measures

Many community-based, educational, and healing-centered programs operate under donation, grant-funded, or mixed-revenue models. Donation-based access reflects values—not a lack of rigor.

“Is this therapy?”

No.

Just Breathe by Meraki provides educational coaching and facilitation, not therapy or medical services. Participants are never diagnosed or treated. Referrals are provided when clinical support is more appropriate.

“What if I can’t donate right now?”

You are still welcome.

Access is not contingent on payment. Receiving support does not place you in debt or obligation.

“How are donations used?”

Donations are used to:
• Sustain program delivery
• Expand access for marginalized communities
• Support infrastructure, technology, and facilitator compensation
• Meet grant and fiscal sponsorship requirements where applicable

“Can I donate later?”

Yes. Some people donate after experiencing the work. Others contribute in non-financial ways. All forms of support are valid.

Suggested donations?

These tiers are guidelines only, not expectations.
• $0–$25
For those with limited resources or who are prioritizing immediate needs
• $50–$100
For those able to support ongoing access and program sustainability
• $150–$300+
For those who wish to sponsor access for others or support expansion

You are always welcome to give outside these ranges—or not at all.

How this model is support?

Just Breathe by Meraki operates through a mixed sustainability model, which may include:
• Individual donations
• Grant funding
• Institutional partnerships
• Fiscal sponsorship through a registered nonprofit partner

This structure allows the work to remain accessible while meeting accountability, reporting, and compliance standards required by funders and public institutions.

When grant-funded or fiscally sponsored, donations may be processed in alignment with nonprofit regulations and used solely for charitable purposes.

Why this model exists?

Just Breathe by Meraki operates on a donation-based model by design.

The work offered here—grounding practices, trauma-informed education, and self-trust development—is legitimate, structured, and deeply intentional. It is also something I believe should not be restricted by financial access.

This model exists because:
• Healing and self-regulation are foundational skills, not luxury goods
• Knowledge that supports well-being should be shared responsibly and ethically
• Community care works best when rooted in trust, not pressure

Donation-based does not mean the work is casual, improvised, or unprofessional.
It means access is prioritized, and sustainability is shared.

Those who are able to give more help sustain access for others.
Those who give less—or nothing—are still fully welcome.

I want to share something important about the direction of Just Breathe by Meraki.

I’m transitioning this work to a donation-based model.

Not because the work lacks value—
but because it holds so much value that access should not be a barrier.

The tools, language, and practices I teach are grounded, trauma-informed, and legitimate. They support emotional regulation, self-trust, and sustainable living. I believe this knowledge is not a luxury—it is a divine right to receive and to share.

Donation-based does not mean “free because it doesn’t matter.”
It means pay what you can, honor what you receive, and support what you want to see continue.

Those who are able to give more help sustain access for those who cannot.
Those who are receiving support are not indebted—they are worthy.

This is an integrity-based model rooted in trust, reciprocity, and community care.

If this resonates with you, you’re welcome here.
If you benefit from this work and feel called to support it, your contribution helps keep it available.

More details soon.
For now, thank you for being part of this ecosystem.
