Merry Christmas Eve everyone! If you listened to the radio show yesterday, you certainly heard that it was a challenging discussion. But a discussion nonetheless. I’ve received many DM‘s from listeners supporting me, which is so loving. Please know I so appreciate you and am so thankful for you, always.
Also know that Jeff and I are fine! After the show we hugged and made sure we were both good. This is an example of what happens often times in relationships. Where one person is saying one thing and the other person is hearing something else. My intent was to provide information and what Jeff heard was criticism and ungratefulness which he explained on radio was one of his triggers. This miscommunication is quite normal in relationships.
During this holiday season, when a lot of us can be more emotional than normal, you may find yourselves in similar situations. If so take a breath and apologize for any hurt you may have unknowingly caused expressing that it was not your intention and then HUG!
