Energy healer/yoga instructor Courtney Parnell, astrologer Emily Klintworth, and I haven’t been idle during this time. In fact, we’re about to launch a FREE online healing/inspiration portal especially for those of us confined to quarters for a while.

With this offering, we’ll be rotating through short but impactful video presentations by teachers in the fields of movement therapy, creativity with visual art, sound healing, nutritional wisdom, cleansing your energy field, astrology, and connecting to your spiritual core. (That last one is me. 🙂)

The idea is to provide useful content from which you can pick and choose what works for you. Our intention going forward is to change the roster of presenters every month. There should be something for everyone! There is no obligation on your part—no fees, no subscriptions, no “give us your credit card info.” You will have the opportunity to connect with any of the teachers to work with in the future if you like.

I just signed an offer letter from MIraval Austin, a healing resort/spa opening in the New Year. I'll be the resident hypnotherapist, doing lectures, workshops, and private sessions. Everything is energy. That includes problems, issues, and conditions of the mind and body. Relationships too--it's all energy. When you hang out in the subconscious with a skilled and highly-attuned guide, you can change energy patterns more easily, enjoyably--and insightfully--than if you worry, overthink, agonize, strategize, argue, or try to force the issue. Confidentiality is a big deal. It's vital to establishing and maintaining trust. Not only do I not disclose anything about what transpires in our sessions to anyone else...I don't even share the fact that we're working together. Of course, you're free to say whatever you want about our work. But if you ask what I thought of working with your friend Aaron or Erin, I'll say you'll have to ask them what THEY thought. Confidentiality is sacrosanct. (Exception: if someone explicitly expresses that I can share the content of the session or my assessment with a specific person.)
