Keeping it simple, friendly, high vibes, down to earth, funky and peaceful is our goal. Along with the support of our community we are honored to share our practice together! At one time Santa Monica’s largest studio we moved to our new seaside destination in 2012 to better serve our local community. All of our classes are based in flow and rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga and Iyengar, but infused with the creativity and uniqueness of each of our teacher’s individual personalities and spirits.
