This weekend, we came together to honor a living legend and true social justice warrior.

Labor leader and civil rights icon was celebrated in downtown Los Angeles with a towering new mural by renowned artist Robert Vargas, recognizing a lifetime spent fighting for workers, families, equality, and justice.

The event brought together community leaders, advocates, artists, and voices for change, including remarks from , who reminded us why Dolores’ legacy continues to matter today.

As Dolores Huerta has always shown us, real change happens when people organize, speak out, and stand together.

This milestone is more than a number. It represents 3 million people living with HIV whose lives have been transformed by care, compassion, and the belief that healthcare is a human right.

This milestone belongs to our staff, partners, and clients across our 50 country teams, and we extend our deepest gratitude to them all whose dedication made it possible.

The HIV epidemic is not over. But 3 million lives in care shows what's possible when urgency, persistence, and compassion come together.

DoxyPEP stands for doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis, an antibiotic taken after unprotected s*x to help prevent bacterial STIs.

While DoxyPEP is a game-changer for chlamydia and syphilis, its fight against gonorrhea—aka The Clap—isn’t as fierce. Some studies show a moderate reduction in risk, others? Not so much.

In fact, in a recent study published in The Lancet Infectious Disease, researchers found that DoxyPEP remains very effective in preventing chlamydia and syphilis, its effectiveness against gonorrhea has faded over time. And the loss of effectiveness appears to be linked to a rise in strains carrying genes that make gonorrhea resistant to tetracyclines, the class of antibiotics that includes doxycycline.

Here’s the deal: DoxyPEP helps, but it’s not bulletproof—especially when it comes to gonorrhea. That’s why condoms and routine STI testing are still your best defense.

Use protection. Get tested. Get treated.
