AHF’s Rose Parade Float honors the work of Food For Health—and the communities that came together in the wake of last year’s devastating Southern California wildfires. From providing tens of thousands of meals at evacuation shelters, to feeding first responders on the front lines, to staying long after the fires were out with a community food pantry and farmers market in Altadena, this float tells a true story of care, resilience, and recovery.

Today, we partnered with our Food for Health program for a special holiday celebration at the Sinclair in Los Angeles. Along with fresh produce, dairy, and other essential items, attendees were welcomed by a live DJ and a visit from Santa Claus himself. Thanks to SKECHERS, patrons also went home with a brand-new pair of tennis shoes.

Our Food for Health program continues to provide vital sustenance and ensures no one is left behind this holiday season.

We partnered with our Food for Health program in Dallas, TX to provide essentials groceries and a warm meal for residents in permanent supportive housing. As the holidays approach, we’re working to ensure more rooms are filled with those who deserve a safe, stable, and welcoming home.
