📣 Sharing an exciting and important update! The Healing Pelvis is moving to a new clinic space beginning March 1st. 🙌🏽

We’ve absolutely loved growing in Highland Park. However, there’s an incredible amount of intention going into this move that allows me to better serve our community with a comfortable, dedicated treatment environment (along with more available treatment hours!) All while still maintaining the same thoughtful, individualized pelvic health care you’re used to getting :)

📍 New location: 200 N San Fernando Road , Los Angeles (Lincoln Heights)
🚗 Free guest parking available

I want to emphasize the following — your treatment plans and continuity of care will remain uninterrupted.  Appointment scheduling and communication will stay the same.  For new and returning clients, you’ll get arrival instructions and access details especially if you are scheduled after March 1st.

We’re now booking into April, if you’ve been meaning to come in, this is your sign— link in bio to schedule. 🔗

❣️ This post was inspired by real-life stories 📖✨

1. Your groin muscles (aka adductors!) may be a culprit to your pelvic pain.

2. Coordination of the pelvic floor matters! Most people know how to kegel- but knowing how to relax is just as important.

3. You don’t have to be in perimenopause to benefit from topical estrogen.

4. Pelvic floor therapy can help with pain from endometriosis, chronic UTIs or yeast infections, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and more!

5. Insertion of anything should NOT hurt. You’re not alone!

Pelvic floor therapy is about answers, coordination, and whole-body care. 🌱 Symptoms are never something you just have to live with. And the right support can make a real difference.

I’m reflecting on a question someone asked me about success and I recalled a message a patient sent me back in February in response to a story I posted. This is better than any review I can ever receive.

I’m not afraid to struggle it out with people/patients. I’m committed to walking with them and figuring it out together. Because we will.

If I’m successful, it’s because my community has supported me. I wouldn’t be here without the support, mentorship, and care that others have shown me. Like my partner says, “…an important quality to recognize is that we all need each other; that we can’t exist alone. We need each other in this world to make it. The idea of ‘self-made’ or ‘boot-straps is cruel.” And it is. To continuing on.. fighting on, despite the set backs. To celebrating all your/our small wins 🏆🙌🏽.

🚨‼️RESCHEDULING ALERT ‼️🚨 It’s with a heavy heart that I must cancel this Thursday’s Pleasure & Power workshop. My son was unwell with fevers earlier this week, and unfortunately, I caught the same nasty bug. 🦠😷 Life is lifing right now but I’d rather take the sign and postpone than spread the cooties bc I hear the flu season is particularly bad this year. 🤧

That said, I’d love to invite you to join the rescheduled workshop on Thursday, February 27th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Two weeks from this Thursday! Even though it’s after Valentine’s Day, it’s ALWAYS a great time to learn more about your body and feel empowered in it. 💖 What’s the pelvic floor? What’s the G spot? Does it exist? What brings you pleasure? How do we communicate them?

Join us for an evening of connection and empowerment! Let’s chat in community as I take you through activities on how to take charge of your pelvic wellness in a fun & supportive space.

It’s rough when things like this happen but thank you for your understanding. I hope this date works better for some of you. Stay healthy and well! 🙏🏽
