one of these beautiful souls fell asleep during the sound bath & I mean reallly fell asleep 😂🥰

it’s totally normal to drift off into dreamland during a sound bath and I actually encourage it because we all need the rest!

when we’re sleeping, we also allow the energy to flow through us and do what it needs to do without us getting in the way 😴☁️ rest allows your dna and body to upgrade..it also helps with the ascension symptoms!

super proud of one of my reiki students and soul sistar for stepping into her divinity & sharing her vibes!

I offer on-going support to my students after the course & she is one that has taken advantage of my support & it lights me tf up!

since her reiki class, she has started her own high vibe business & curated her first experience which was a success! she also has been volunteering her time every weekend to get more reiki practice in by offering the energy during my sound baths! and I know this is only the beginning for her!

I admire your willingness to learn, grow, expand, and how you move with purpose & intention!
