This wonderful patient of ours suffered a severe nasal fracture and subsequently had reconstructive Septo Rhinoplasty. She is only six days from surgery and has amazing results. Let’s show you what her response was when she looked at her nose for the first time. In the last side are all the broken fragmented bones that were removed from her nose, the patient was shocked by the amount of fractures that she had!
