Free flow in the body creates free flow in life and supports physical and emotional health and wellbeing. I do this predominantly by working with trauma. Trauma is often unprocessed, we get locked in a state of fight, flight or freeze and in order to manage we don't express our pain fully and it becomes trapped in the body where it can cause emotional and physical problems. Releasing the trauma doesn't need to involve going over the details of the story or reliving the past. It can simply be released with energy work. Some of the traumas we carry we know about. Broken relationships, difficult childhoods, bullying, grief. Things we don't remember buried deep in our subconcious, things we are carrying from our ancestors through our DNA or from past lives. Bringing awareness to these blind spots empowers you to transform.
