December 2016 🖤
I’m viewing this as a 10 year reflection, not that 2026 is the new 2016… bc it’s not lol 2016 was our last 9 year before 2025, closing out a completely different, previous cycle. 2017 + 2026 share more in common energetically as they are ONE years.
I spent most of my 2016 pregnant with my first child, in these photos I’m 24 weeks, it was around my 31st birthday.
My first son Bryson just could not be anymore symbolic and synchronistic. Besides being more on the first day of Spring and at the zodiac New Year at zero degrees Aries, he was born in a one year and he was in fact the beginning of an entire new life, but more than that, an awakening.
Bryson is the catalyst to everything in me that changed.
Sure I was health conscious, I always ate pretty well, went to the gym a lot, I even started with lower tox products long before I had him.
Motherhood will rock you. I was zero percent prepared for any of it. How much you sacrifice, the freedom you no longer have, but mostly how much you can love someone else. How special one little person can be.
And although our journey did not go as I would have planned, it is bc of him I am who I am today. I have learned resilience, advocacy, to never be afraid of anyone else’s thoughts or opinions even when I’m the absolute 1% minority in my stance (which is usually right all along anyway 😉), self forgiveness, trust in the Divine, my path and my Higher Self, a spiritual awakening and coming back to my true, authentic and unique self.
2016 owes me nothing, no year does. I can only put out there that 2026 be the year I’ve claimed it as: heart centered.
But in reflection I look back on 10 years, grateful to have grown. Grateful to be where I am today, bc of Bryson. 🖤 xx #2016

Today is a beautiful day, not just a portal, but a gateway.
1.11.1 = ( 01 + 01 + 2026)
4 ones, this only happens once every 9 years in the beginning of a 1 year.
1111 represents alignment.
Instead of the traditional “manifest your dreams on this portal”, I encourage you to align yourself with the frequency of what you desire and call it in and embody this energy.
When you tap into your heart center, you can choose the timeline of love, one of the highest of frequencies, where all things are possible.
What is your heart telling you? What are your desires?
A one year is a new chapter, it asks for presence, it beckons for you to choose more consciously and demands you lead with love.
And if you can show up to that, you will manifest your dreams.

While I still observe March 20th as the new year bc astrology, there is def a shift in energy when the calendar year changes.
This year, 2026, began on a Thursday aka Jupiter Day! Which I love for us over all bc yes to abundance, good luck and growth! But I couldn’t start my new routines for the new year on a Thursday lol my Virgo moon can’t get down with that lol
So for me, today, January 5th, I began my new rituals and routines.
I’m doing 100 days of healthy habits and for me it’s prioritizing a few key things daily and weekly to bring more wellness, intention and keep me locked in my 2026 word: heart centered.
I am also hoping this keeps me more intentional and less rushed bc I tend to do too many things at once.
Wellness is a pretty important priority to me but the end of the year always takes me out of my game bc I’m so busy. So, I’m so ready for this!

🌕 FULL SUPERMOON IN CANCER 🦀
The first big moon of 2026 is here and it’s in its home base of Cancer.
The moon likes to be at home, typical Cancer lol, so the energy here is extra dense.
Cancer and the Moon rule our emotions and we want to harness this energy for an emotional clearing that will hit the cosmic reset button for us.
Cry, take a cleansing shower or spiritual bath but utilize the water element to support you in an emotional release ritual. Ride the waves of change!
And once the energy is cleared, look forward to this new chapter in a ONE year.

Heart Centered 🖤
I was feeling several words out, and “joy” was actually going to be my word. Mainly bc I feel like I very often forget to just be present in the moment and enjoy myself (I tried to be better about this this past year but it’s not at all where I’d like to be) and spiritually “doing the work” gets heavy. It did dawn on me several times this year that the purpose of doing all the heavy healing work is to experience joy. But another word came to me that embodied all of the things I’m working on and that is heart centered.
When looking at the people I admire or I find aspiring, they all have heart centeredness in common. And it’s not like they came to this peaceful, joyful, vulnerable, compassionate, authentic place by having it easy or a perfect life, it’s bc they have gone thru things which created resilience and showed them how to live from the heart.
TBH I feel like I flopped on my 2025 word: best self. Not bc I didn’t try, but every day I woke up to it being “one thing or another” (as the boomers say lol) and I just felt like I was knocked on my ass too much to really be my best self. Perhaps this was creating my resilience so I can finally embody heart centeredness, bc what we go thru is never for nothing.
2026, a one year, the year of the horse, let’s see what’s you bring. HNY Soulcialites 🥂 xx

Winter Solstice Distance Reiki Group Service Report 🕯️❄️
This Reiki healing wasn’t a big group event like I’ve done in the past. It was a quiet one, a slow one mirroring back the energy of what this solstice and season should embody.
Each person was sent Reiki healing, i wrapped everyone’s light bodies up in white lights (no Christmas pun intended lol), with purity, serenity and calmness.
Mary Magdalene came thru during the Reiki, who offers redemption to those who’ve suffered. She asks us to focus on self sovereignty but reclaiming our power thru our sacred femininity and understanding spiritual wisdom comes from experience not perfection.
I infused my candle with reiki energy and inscribed all the names of those who participated and allowed it to burn over the next few days as well so everyone who participated received the healing over the course of the candle’s run.
I wrote a piece on substack about my own Winter Solstice Reflections, I’ll link it in my stories. Substack has become somewhat of a public journal for me.
