So now that I’m 40, getting enough protein AND fiber is so essential, it’s a full time job. I’ve found creating these little (unaesthetic bc I’m here to inspire not influence) bowls make it delicious and easy to eat to nourish and support the physical body. And nourishment is a key pillar in The Psychic Vessel to operate in harmony. Xx 🌈

Happy happy 9th solar return to my first born sun, Bryson Logan! Wow!!! 9 trips around the sun, how did we get here so fast???? My boy, I’m so proud of you, so smart, so sweet, so funny and such a pure soul. You’ve just illuminated the path you’ve been on overcoming so much and just trailblazing ahead.
My first, YOU awakened me to everything. Every bit of who I am today is because of YOU. My mirror, my greatest teacher and the one who gave me the honor of becoming a mom. Bc of you, I am fearless in the face of adversity. Bravery. Wisdom. Discernment. Presence. Persistence. Advocacy. JOY!!! YOU taught me all of that.
9 years ago today, in a one year, my whole life changed on the spring equinox and started a new when a little 6 pound 2 oz baby boy finally popped out after 26 hours of labor at 0 degrees Aries. When times were uncertain, I always knew it was me and you forever bud. I wish I could go back to those days and just soak it all in one more time and give us both a hug, we’ve come so far.
Happy 9th birthday Bryson! Can’t wait to celebrate you and your beautiful self! Mommy, daddy, Christian, Liam and Sissy love you to the moon boog! Xx

(Every year I use Sweet Child O Mine in a post for Bryson bc I’ve been singing it to him since he was in the womb but IG is sooooooo lame with their music rights for businesses. So the sentiment is there lol)

While my website is being remodeled in the bg to be more user friendly for booking and info, this is an updated list of my single services and prices
All prices are listed for Venmo or Zelle. If you are using an alternative payment method, fees apply.
I haven’t raised my prices in nearly 6 years and I felt like I could ad some alternative durations to be more flexible.
Please contact me to book, the process is still the same. Complete your payment and we get you on the schedule. Your appt time is not held without payment. Pls never leave any personal info or reference the service on the payment platform, just drop an emoji.
There are no refunds, exchanges or returns.
No show policy: you must rebook and pay the full amount. I wait for 5 minutes, if you do not contact me it’s a no show.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours to avoid having to repay the full amount.
Emergency services (needed with in 48 hours) are double the price.
All services are discussed before booking, some require a consultation or reading prior to.
This is not applicable to any service or offering not listed here aka courses, story readings, year ahead readings, packages, the membership- those have their own guidelines.

🌑 New Moon in Pisces ♓️
This moon is interesting, it’s a beginning that’s actually an end. Leave it Pisces to not be super clear on this lol jk Pisces is the end, the bridge, and we are right here at the last of the lasts.
This is the first new moon since eclipse season so it closes out that chaotic eclipse energy. It is also two days before mercury retrograde in Pisces ends and the zodiac new year, Aries season, Ostara and the Spring Equinox begin welcoming in a lot of fresh energy.
Side note March 20th- May 6 all planets are direct creating a lot momentum and opportunity for us especially if we’ve felt blocked or delayed this first part of 2026.
New moons are for manifesting and intention setting, but this one is for us to reflect before we go into this new cycle. It’s also asking us to trust what we can’t see, trust what’s ahead of us even if we don’t know our path or atm, we still aren’t clear. It maybe emotional but maybe that’s what we need.
Take your moon baths, cleansing showers, ugly cry purge and speak what’s on your heart to your water for this one.

This Mercury rx and eclipse szn has been . . . Something lol
I felt like I got my ass whipped but I want to stop even putting that out there and saying that bc the point of these planetary rotations is to show us something and hopefully teach us something. This thought is very reflective bc if you asked me a week ago I was not in this space lol
Our family was forced to slow down the last few weeks. Everyone was sick and it kept looping back. I felt like I was breastfeeding 24/7. My car, the family car, was at the mechanic for most of that time for very costly services. The boys fundraiser was rescheduled due to like the whole co-op being sick. I hate when the kids miss their classes and services, being sick is one thing but our car situation is another.
Challenges create resilience. Not being able to go anywhere or do anything creates space to reflect, brings awareness and hopefully shows you where change is needed. There’s still a few days left before the big reset, I’m hoping for some more clarity.
Finally this Saturday, we all woke up feeling better and with cabin fever so we went to
Sea World for a few hours and had some much needed fun! The last time we were there I was pregnant with irelyn and while I’m not really a frozen drink girlie, the margs here are top tier lol
This Friday is the zodiac new year, ostara the spring equinox, mercury direct and Aries szn packed with a lot of Aries energy. It’s also my oldest baby’s 9th birthday 🥹 crazy how time flies. Putting good energy out there over the next few days and beyond excited for all the newness. Xx Ryan Benavides

It’s been V Mercury Rx, eclipse szn in my moon ‘round this way the last few weeks.
Sick kids, sorta sick mommy, v v v expensive and time consuming car issues, changed plans. . . You know the round up, right on schedule lol
As I’ve come into my wisdom (my new way of saying getting older), baking and making food from scratch has become more therapeutic than I could have ever imagined. Also, the way American food is set up, it’s almost necessary. Either way, younger Erin would not believe it lol. We also have Bryson on a very strict detox and diet protocol, so all of our health is front and center.
I can tell spring is around the corner, I really lean into home making. I scroll farm and country living, dream about living in the south in a big house living off the land. (Don’t worry I’m fully aware how much work a farm is and trust me I am not into that much hard labor lol it’s just a daydream lol). I just appreciate the slowness of it all, the simplicity.
Anyway this is what I prepped for us for the next few days. The pickles and baguette are new to me, can’t wait to try! Anything new you’ve cooked or baked recently that you love?? Xx
