I’ve been in the audience for multiple Hollywood & Mind events and always walk away inspired and informed, so it is really exciting to participate in this one.
I’ll moderate the panel titled “On Screen: Media’s Impact on Black Mental Health”, asking Mental Health Expert and TV personality , and actors .elmore and about their perspectives and experiences surrounding the always timely and crucial topic.
Hollywood & Mind seeks to make impact “both by facilitating mental health storytelling in the popular culture emanating from Hollywood, and elevating the wellbeing of professionals working across the industry.” They achieve this by “leveraging the power of talent and executives across music, film, TV, digital, tech, sports & brand—together with brain health experts—to destigmatize mental health, elevate wellness and save lives.”
