The Mystic Rebel is a home for seekers of a different variety. We aim to bring playfulness and joy back into the mindfulness and healing arts. Maybe you’re an avid yogi, or maybe the word meditation makes you gag- wherever you are on the spectrum we have a spot for you here, where you can access tools and techniques to support whatever you are moving through while also remembering that life is supposed to be fun and a little messy. Perfectly imperfect is our goal, and we welcome whatever beautiful mess you bring with you. We’re rebels with a cause, and we want you along for the ride.

I have just *two* spots left for the final training experience of 2019. For those who are ready, we are doing a deep dive intensive weekend covering the Reiki Master Practitioner & Master Teacher symbols, attunement, and learning modules. This training is for those who are ready to go deeper with the energy... regardless of whether you plan to practice or teach in any official capacity. My intention for all my trainings is to create containers for deep healing & connection, with a bonus of some fun & helpful energetic tools to use on the other side. COMING UP// I’ve been re-exploring my practice of using Shamanic Journeying to connect & learn and it has been deeply satisfying, surprising, and honestly really fu***ng fun. What’s even more fun? Doing this practice in community and tuning into the place where our visions intersect. Cultures around the planet found their way to this same practice over the course of thousands of years, and I believe as we engage with it now we touch the place where differences find universality & shared resonance.
Join me and others for an all day Journey Intensive coming up November 9th, 10am-5pm. We’ll introduce & review the practice, and then explore the myriad of ways to use it individually, in partners, and as an entire group. This practice allows us to retrieve wisdom, healing, guidance and more. It will be playful, exploratory, a little bit wild and deeply mystical. Early registration or $75 when you sign up by 10/31! COMING UP// Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing Level I & II

I know this to be true: there is a soul, an alive-ness, an Energy in everything. We can greet it and dance with it, or we can deny it and avoid it... it is there and true all the same. Studying Reiki, Shamanism, and other energy medicine traditions brought powers of curiosity and exploration and play into the most challenging parts of this human life for me. I love this stuff because it feels like remembering, and as people connect back to these teachings I get to witness them remembering too.
Join me for my final I & II Intensive Weekend of 2019. We’ll circle up and connect as a community of strangers that has more in common than we know, and we’ll awaken & remember the natural capacity we all have to connect to the energetic world around us & to move with it for the benefit of ourselves, others, and the natural world. Welcoming in the Equinox weekend... Mabon... the balancing the scales and the official transition into Autumn✨

I’ll be spending the weekend in circle leading a Reiki & Intuitive Healing 1 & 2 training, which is one of my very favorite things in the world to do. This week I’ve had a number of reminders of how practical this work is in addition to mystical. I’ve spent the past three months mercilessly asking myself “Why is this important? Why does this matter?”. What I’ve come to is that it matters because energy IS our nature, and it connects us to all of Life. When we understand it, we can work with it. When we deny our nature, things start to go awry. Studying energy work & healing is a way of getting back to our nature, back to our interconnectedness, and back to the power that comes with living in alignment & harmony. If this pings you in anyway reach out- we are gathering 10am-4pm this Sat & Sun 9/21 & 9/22. Space is limited but we want you with us!

Moving into this Autumn season I'm offering five spots for intensive 1:1 work for those who are feeling called to carve out dedicated space for themselves and to throw some serious attention and energy at any area of life thats ready for transformation.

I could sit here and spin a real snazzy sales pitch for you on how we will manifest your if we work together, but if you know me you know that's not really my jam... What I will tell you is that I've been privvy to miracles lately, in myself and others, that have humbled me and reminded me that
the energy truly is everything. This work is very real, and very important right now.

Strangely, I'm way more inspired to dig into my healing and growth when I remember that it is for the good of all beings. Our wounds and our gifts do not exist in a vacuum.

We all have the natural capacity to align our lives, to shift our most stubborn patterns and challenges, and to create structures and belief systems that are sustainable, and nourishing, and dare-I-say joyful.

I can offer you quick relief in response to your stress and trauma for the rest of my life, but these days I'm way more interested in showing you how you already have the ability to shift out of those patterns for good.

FOUNDATIONS & PERCEPTIONS// Why Energy? This is the question I’ve been asking myself and my community lately. Why work at this level? Why is energy healing & sacred connection important? To me, it’s important because it’s everything: Energy is the blueprint that Life is organized from- when we align the energy, we align everything. Our sense of sacred connection to this energy is the difference between having a healed or traumatized perception. I love this work because I love watching people’s faces light up when they connect to life at the level that they’ve always known was there but never quite felt permission to access. This work is for everyone, and it’s beneficial in every area of our life, as well as our participation in the greater well being of all things. Plus it’s fu***ng FUN ✨🙌🏻. Are you feeling this Summer of Intensity?

We're in the middle of a pretty intense astrological passage, with eclipses, retrogrades, and historic planetary shifts. The ground beneath us is quaking, and many of us are waking up to the places in our lives where our foundations aren't quite cutting it anymore.

Where have we gotten out of alignment?
With ourselves, others, the planet?

Where are we holding back our unique & important contribution?
What is prime for healing and transformation?

The Mystic Rebel has certainly moved through these waves of change, and we're so grateful for so many of you that have been along for the ride. Though we no longer inhabit our downtown space, our Rebels continue to create some pretty badass offerings that we are eager to share.

If you're interested, we'll be continuing to share events, workshops & offerings from Los Angeles Rebels that we think are excellent at what they do.

It's quite a time to be alive, and the work that we are doing individually and collectively can be intense and overwhelming... but we don't have to do it alone.

Saturday 7/13 @ 9am. A Medicine Walk is a practice of moving in nature with the intention of opening up to receive guidance or wisdom that we’ve been missing. A chance to connect deeply with the land, so that we can connect deeply with ourselves and others. No experience necessary.
