For us, that looks like:
• Moving our bodies in ways that feel supportive, not punishing
• Protecting time on our calendars like it matters (because it does)
• Choosing progress over guilt
• Setting boundaries without over-explaining
• Letting rest count

The Carry Rucking Club is a new kind of strength movement—a growing community for women who want to move their bodies, build strength, and connect IRL.

Here’s what’s happening this month:

📍 Venice Beach, LA (2/21)
Move Into Momentum in partnership with .studio at —coffee chats + workout walk + strength snack

📍 Laurelhurst, Seattle (2/27)
Lunchtime Ruck Meetup at Laurelhurst Park—50-minute walk + 10-minute strength circuit

📍 Green Lake, Seattle (2/28)
Feel Good Morning in partnership with , author of Hormone Healthy Eats, at —conversation, vest try-ons, connection & walk around the lake (ticketed event as signed cookbook & refreshments are included)
