🪩Bring a mat and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. Shoes are optional!

FAM! We’re starting a weekly community walk club! ✨

January 30th is our first meet! Join us Fridays for a mile (or half-mile) walk along the new Crenshaw Corridor Path, right near Kindred Space LA! A sweet way to care for your body and mind and a perfect warm-up for the 2nd Annual Crenshaw Mile on April 4th!

Lead by KSLA Midwife Allegra & Doula/Therapist Denise , this paved path is especially supportive for pregnant folks preparing for labor, for postpartum families, babywearing, strollers and kiddos with scooters or bikes, but all bodies and all community members are welcome!

You can choose to walk ½ mile or the full mile. Afterward we’ll gather at KSLA at 10am, head out together at 10:30, then come back to hang and chill afterward!

Free, low-pressure movement. Fresh air. Familiar faces.

🤰🏽🩰 Prenatal Dance with Nicole and Skye, beginning with a FREE DEMO class next Tuesday, January 27th from 10:00am–11:15am!

🤍This class is for the birthing person and blends gentle stretching with joyful movement to support optimal fetal positioning, cardiovascular health, stress relief, and a deeper mind–body connection. Just as importantly, it’s an invitation to move in community.

Join us in gathering with others on a similar journey. Whether you’re planning, conceiving, gestating, or parenting, you are welcome here. This group is lovingly held by q***r KSLA family members Max (she/they), Osh (he/him), and their 1 year old daughter.

As we build this community together, we’ll begin by getting to know one another and will invite special guests over time based on the interests of the group.

This is a free gathering. Donations are gratefully accepted on the day. Children are always welcome. 💚

The 4th Saturday of the month, starting January 24th!!

10am-12pm at Kindred Space LA (located at 2608 Southwest Drive).

Mamas outside of LA, KSAV mamas, or those who can't join our in-person Moms Group, are more than welcome to join!
