Lightness of Being, begins with ACCEPTING What Is.
Happiness begins with LOVING What Is.
Freedom begins with Merging with the Flow/Force, and ultimately becoming ONE with ALL THAT IS.

The first step is to address all fears an anxieties of the mind, and create OPENNESS.
Secondly, Heal/Forgive the wounds of the past in order to ALLOW for CHANGE in attitude, direction and perspective.
And third but not last, create BALANCE between ambitions of the mind and the desire of the soul to just BE in the moment.

Choosing consciously :
Neuroscientists claim that we perform 95% of all of our actions unconsciously which Also includes our choices in life. A conscious choice is authentic in that it is not influenced by our past or future or cultural societal influences. For example A conscious decision can not be motivated by fear or worries etc. which represent past and future. Lately In my own quest in conscious living I have experienced that every time I try to make a conscious choice, it’s tested for authenticity by my unconscious mind. And the test generally is in drastic contradiction to what I expected to experience. The first couple of times I retreated and completely abandoned further efforts in that direction. Until I realized it’s just a test. And the way to pass the test with flying colors is to recognize it as such and express gratitude instead of disappointment and defeat. This is how I am getting my power back one conscious choice at a time.

Heart opening
I never understood why the important process of “heart opening “ in human’s has to involve and or follow one or more major heart breaks. One of My Masters said that we could have instead chosen to use Love to crack open the second of the three gates of freedom, but we don’t and for good reason. And I finally know why.
Every one of us has a threshold of heart ache that once crossed, allows us to shift to a place within our center that feels intense love without intense pain. The only catch is that we must manage to remain vulnerable, loving and open as we are crossing our threshold. Otherwise the result of the heart ache could be emotional shut down, intense suffering and self pity. So I finally got it right and it is noticeably so much better and freer🙏🏻
