Julie J, IHC: Don’t just tug on the tangled garden hose when you need it to reach a long distance. You have to take the time to unweave and unwind the knots…the stuck parts. I feel that way about unwinding old habit life thinking and self-judgement. It takes patience, loving and time. And so worth the unfettered free-flow in the end. 💯
