The name One New Spirit became a paradigm in my life when I started thinking about my spirit after being in a major life affirming accident back in 2011. I started asking my spirit for guidance, and I started checking in with my spirit body on a soul level to lead me to my next steps toward my life path evolution. The word became my mascot, enabling me every day to go deeper into my breath and my consciousness.
I knew it was going to be a part of my music healing brand’s name. The “One” represented the conscious collective and our direct line to the source of God. The word “New” came to me through my prayers - meditation practice and my willingness to accept that every day is a new day and an opportunity to start again. The word “Spirit” is the breath, our soul and the essence of who we really are meant here to master and become in this lifetime.
What I didn’t know until last year at the end of 2019 was that One New Spirit was a huge stepping stone for me and my growth of who I was becoming. I made a full circle and returned to me, Krista G my higher heart and soul/spirit. I had to endure more life lessons the past seven years being my greatest years of healing medicine. I surrendered to my heart and received the initiation of Heart Healer and became a channel for love. The Heart Healing technology I’ve created has come through with a serious amount of heart wisdom that has changed my life and many others.
I had some big choices and changes to make last year as my Soul led me to deepen my Hearts vision and it’s true mission. The Heart Sound Temple has been the portal getting me through all things healing and into my new vision of my higher soul. One New Spirit literally has almost completed it’s Soul contract. This is the year in #2020heartvision for that full completion period to happen.
The Heart Sound Temple is a safe energetic portal for me, Krista G, to be a conduit and to encourage who’s ever ready to go on an inner journey to find peace and alignment to do so in the sacred corners of their heart. Finally, when you connect to your breath you connect to your life force energy and this connection is your true essence of your spirit.

Krista G, the heart and soul of the Heart Sound Temple, toured and performed gospel roots music with her family since the tender age of 5. Her family lived on the road, in a tour bus, traveling across the country.
This lifestyle ushered in a spiritually nomadic perspective – a gypsy lifestyle of sorts – and a sense of freedom that has become her core value. This deep connection to create soulfulness in her art has been a powerful cornerstone throughout her life. It is the inspiration for her music and her unique creative path.
