Dr. Mechelle Greenspan is the founder of Sacred Fortune, a practice dedicated to offering holistic healing modalities to nourish the Mind, Body and Spirit. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine (DAOM) with a specialty in Women’s Health and Integrative Reproductive Medicine from Yo San University, is Nationally Board Certified (Dipl.OM), and a fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). Additionally, she has certifications in birth support, pelvic health therapy, trauma healing, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Breathwork is a deeply transformative practice that is unique to each individual. No two experiences are the same, and it can offer profound benefits that revolutionize the way you show up in the world, empowering you to tap into your inner strength and potential.

As we transition into the holiday season, we might find ourselves with a busy mind and body. Amidst all these happenings, it is vital for us to cultivate a sense of inner grounding, connection, and clarity within ourselves so we don't get swept up in the business of the holiday season.
