Part 1/3: Daily Scar Care Routine (30 seconds)
Quick daily scar care routine for athletes and active people. This is general education, not medical advice.
Step 1: Apply a small amount of botanical oil and warm the tissue with slow, light pressure for ~30 seconds.
Step 2: Use gentle gliding passes across the area. If it feels sharp or irritated, back off.
Step 3: Do a simple mobility check. You’re looking for smoother motion, not forcing range.
If movement still feels restricted, deeper tissue may need hands-on work. I’m mobile in Los Angeles.
