I want to thank my staff for working so hard to help me build the amazing family, community that was Set and Flow. It was so much more than just a “place” to so many.

I tried to pull all the strings and levers I had to reopen but unfortunately there was no rescue.

I lost my entire business and everything I put into it, emotionally, physically and financially to this pandemic but I try to keep in mind not what I’ve lost but I’m happy to be healthy and alive.

Thank you for all the memories. Thank you to my students, customers and friends.
And I wish you all the best of continued luck on your fitness journey.

Jordyn will be hosting a PSY • CYCLE Pride Ride at 9:30AM and Sarit has Hot N Dirty Pilates at 11:30AM
Both classes will be donation based, $10 minimum! All proceeds will go to the JED Foundation.
Smoothies & snacks will be available between classes🙌🏻
