Member Spotlight: Eman & Bita

Eman and Bita are a lawyer and orthodontist duo, running thriving practices while raising three young children (which might actually be harder than any workout we’ve thrown at them). When they first joined the studio, their goal was simple: improve aesthetics. But somewhere between push-ups, deadlifts, and bedtime battles, they realized the bigger win was longevity.

They’ve seen how strength, mobility, and energy make a difference outside the gym: whether it’s keeping up with their kids, surviving long workdays, or sneaking in a round of golf with friends.
These days, they joke that their real conditioning happens at home, sprinting after little ones who refuse to go to bed.

What started as a focus on appearance has grown into a commitment to lasting health and a more holistic approach to fitness.

For Eman and Bita, training isn’t just about the hour spent in the gym. It’s about building the foundation for a healthier, more active life outside of it. Longevity training: keeping parents fit for one bedtime routine at a time.
