🧀 Happy National Goat Cheese Day! 🎉
Ready to turn something simple into seriously delicious? This savory goat cheese toast is creamy, satisfying and perfect for a wholesome bite—any time of day. 🙌

✨ Here’s the quick recipe:
🥖 1 slice of gluten-free bread or baguette, toasted (my favorite brand is Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style)
🧀 2 tbsp soft goat cheese
🥑 1/4 avocado, sliced
🌿 Sprinkle of black pepper & thyme

➡️ Spread the goat cheese on warm toast, layer with avocado slices, and finish with a pinch of herbs. That’s it. Fast, flavorful, and full of healthy fats and protein!

Don't forget water today with all the SB parties! Who else loves tea, coffee or espresso? 👇🏼me a 🙋🏼‍♂️. Remember we all wake up dehydrated especially if you drink alcohol or caffeine. So before you have do your body a favor and drink a large glass of room temp. water first! * I always add 2 Tbsp of organic lemon juice and a pinch of Himalayan salt.
