Tortas are EXCELLENT & DELICIOUS !! Knowone makes Tortas as good as this restaurant. Everything hand made for perfection.
The BREAD, soft and grilled.

This Torta is a Beef Milanesa, Panela cheese, shredded lettuce, beans, sliced avocado, onions, tomatos, cream along with fresh curtido jalapeños, carrots and a cantaloupe drink.
I'm in heaven.
Go out and find thier nearest restaurant.

Restaurants have begun to inform servers that they will no longer be able to 'cash-out' their credit card tips at the end of their shift. Instead, the restaurant owner/manager will tally the credit receipts and the tips will be taxed and applied to the servers' payroll check on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Many establishments have adopted this practice, so it is suggested that patrons tip their servers in cash whenever possible. Due to the increasing prevalence of credit card payments, many servers are leaving work with no earnings at the end of their shift. Food for thought in this challenging economic climate.
