1. Set Boundaries - Say no to things that drain you. Protect your time and energy by knowing your limits.

2. Take Breaks - Rest is not lazy, it's necessary. Step away when you're overwhelmed to recharge your mind.

3. Talk About It - Share your feelings with someone you trust. You don’t have to carry everything alone.

4. Do What Makes You Happy - Make time for hobbies, fun, and things that bring you joy, even just for a few minutes a day.

5. Be Gentle With Yourself - Speak to yourself the way you would to a friend who’s struggling.
