• After 30 minutes of heat, we guide you to jump into the cold plunge.

• As soon as your body is surrounded by our healing waters, your blood chemistry rapidly changes, imprinting your emotion and intention into your subconscious mind.

This is a physical and instantaneous reprogramming of the subconscious by creating a unique, pivotal event.

Meet JULIE(mother-right): intuitive artist, do-it-all, problem solving, no task to large, fiery spirit with a bold and creative vision & GENISE(daughter-left): intuitive life coach, holistic fitness mentor, galactic rule-breaking star soul with a gift for bringing extraordinary action to life.

These are the founders of Mija’s Sacred Place. Both born and raised right here in the heart and streets of Los Angeles, they know how to thrive and bloom no matter what!

“Why do I feel like I keep hitting a wall, and how can I create a life where my family is thriving?” That’s the question Genise asked herself one day while raising her two kids, running a small business and just trying to live life. As time flew by, she realized that reconnecting to her roots, and bringing active awareness to her everyday tasks helped her to balance and align with her higher self. She became a Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer and continued being an entrepreneur with a focus on service.

Fast forward to 2019. That’s when Julie decided she needed a special place to help her heal, get grounded and return to nature while embracing her passion for creating art and restoring her historic home. She’s always been a clairvoyant and highly intuitive and knew she was going to need a healing, calming, nurturing space, not just for her, but for her entire family.

By 2020. Julie had built a magical, beautiful place that kept her grounded and living in joy, right in her own backyard. It flourished as did she and she became stronger, more focused on her life path and began living more in alignment with her higher self.

In 2023 Julie and Genise decided to join forces and share their gifts with the community, providing the knowledge, space, and the support needed during this time in history.

They took all of the self improvement modalities learned over a lifetime, and created a systematic approach to a holistic rebirth of the spirit, an awakening of ancient wisdom and living in bliss and higher self alignment.
