As women we are so strong , our bodies are literally superhuman!
We deal with emotional stress , work life 💼, home life 🏡and not to mention our monthly visitor 🧚‍♀️

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO ANYTHING! Of course you can lose weight you just have to decide that you want to make the necessary steps to do so.

Don’t be afraid , there is nothing stopping you for reaching your goals.

This is Meg!
She is down 16 lbs in 4 weeks ‼️

When she started with me she said her biggest motivation was creating a better relationship with food in efforts of losing weight!

Meg used to play collegiate volleyball so when she finished playing she no longer had the guidance on what to do. Like most athletes she was so used to her college coaches setting the plan. So when there was no plan she didn’t know what to do.

Week after week Meg has followed the workouts and meal plan given to her and understand that yes she can still out out to eat with friends but that doesn’t mean binge eating.
“I don’t miss junk food anymore”

While also telling her loved ones her goals so she can be in a space where she can thrive.

Meg said “ I have just been putting my head down and grinding”

And when it comes down to it that is what it takes to be successful!!!!

Just 4 weeks into the program and 15 lbs down! Meg I am proud of you and can’t wait for what is to come!
