✨BIRTH JOURNEY PREP & BEYOND ✨
This 2-day, in-person weekend group class is held monthly in Sherman Oaks from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

🌿 Class combines 4 essential classes into 1 comprehensive program, covers everything from 36 weeks gestation to 6 weeks postpartum. Includes 12 hours of instruction, educational handouts and articles, Hypnobirthing tracks, recipes, birth affirmations, provider questionnaires, referrals and resources, a postpartum workbook, a birth plan template and more!

🌿 Curriculum:
✨ Day 1: Childbirth Ed Class - 6 hrs of instruction
Covers everything from 36 weeks gestation - immediate postpartum

✨ Day 2: Postpartum Prep Class- 6hrs of instruction
Includes 3 Classes in 1: Lactation Class, Newborn Care Class, and Postpartum Care. Covers everything you need to know after your baby’s arrival - from the immediate postpartum - 6 weeks postpartum.
