The UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment integrates clinical research and treatment programs at UCLA to provide a true multidisciplinary approach towards autism spectrum disorder (ASD). UCLA Tarjan Center is recruiting for its upcoming leadership program open to individuals 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The UCLA Leadership Academy for Emerging Disability Rights Leaders will take place on Fridays, April 4 through June 13 from 2 to 4 p.m. via on Zoom. ADOS-2 Introductory Clinical Workshop is happening on August 27-28 at UCLA.

The UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment (CART) is hosting a 2-day ADOS-2 Introductory Clinical Workshop on August 27–28, 2025. This workshop, led by Drs. Nicole McDonald and Patricia Renno, offers in-depth training on the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – 2nd Edition (ADOS-2), the gold standard tool for assessing and diagnosing autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participants will gain hands-on experience in administration, scoring, and applying diagnostic criteria for ASD.
