I’m excited to share that I am now offering supervision for clinicians who are looking to deepen their work with couples or who are on the path toward EFT certification.

As a Certified EFT Couples Therapist and Supervisor Candidate, I integrate over a decade of experience in attachment-focused, trauma-informed care to support therapists in growing their confidence and skill.

As a Puerto Rican and Mexican woman of color, I bring a social justice and anti-oppression lens to therapy, prioritizing a culturally humble approach. We’ll explore your individual identities and core values connect within your relationship.

I’m here to support adults and couples on their journey towards a more fulfilling life.
Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, healing from past traumas, coping with everyday stress, or grieving a loss, I provide a nurturing and secure environment to address painful emotions. Together, we can explore what will help you achieve a meaningful life, both by fostering growth and understanding difficult feelings.
My clients describe me as a safe space for exploration and growth. I’ve experienced loss myself and understand the toll it can take. I also recognize that complicated family dynamics and lack of social support can further impact your experience. I’m here to listen with empathy and provide warm, direct guidance.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and can be tailored to your needs. I incorporate mindfulness, creative exploration (drawing on my background in theatre arts), attachment theory, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques.
