Greetings!
I'm hoping you all are doing well despite the conditions of the LA Fires and other concerning happenings going on in the world!
Last night as I was at my hypnotherapy office, I decided to stay late and record a video to share in case anyone can use some support in wanting to feel uplifted, This doesn't intend to diminish or ignore the pain of what's going on with the fires and in the world, but if this helps you to center, and just take a moment to remember the good in the world, that can be helpful!
This trance journey includes connecting to spiritual sources which includes God,Source, Higher Power, HigherSelf, Angels, Spirit Guides as a source of strength and protection outside ourselves often is needed to feel safe when trauma and anxiety occurs. if you do not resonate with that, think of what brings you a sense of well being, it could be an Ancestor or Super Hero from your childhood or a powerful archetype. You do not need to consider yourself spiritual to participate in this journey.
While listening, do not drive or do anything that requires full waking consciousness.

Also, I am extending sliding scale hypnotherapy for those impacted by the fires and with enough interest, I may start a small support group as it will take some time with on going support and self healing from this devastation. Let me know if you or anyone can benefit.

I know it's been a rough week for us Angelino's with the devastating fires in our communities.May our communities and those impacted by loss during the fire needing help and support be provided for! I am so happy to see how the community has stepped up for each other amongst this devastation and I am so inspired by the compassion and love that has been circulating! Many of my friends are grieving their losses and needing to rebuild and I wish them all the strength and comfort and healing they need to keep going and recover which is a process.
I can offer sliding scale services for anyone

Does anyone want to do a hypnotherapy session to be more in love with themselves this week,work on your own self love?! Cultivating self love is so important so it is a favorite of mine! Book this week for St.Valentine's Special!
HAPPY Valentine's Week! I hope the most inportant love relationship you are cultivating is the relationship you have with yourself and loving YOURSELF. Seeking outside yourself when you don't love yourself has a short shelf life, you will never measure up or no one else will when you do not cultivate love within. This needs to be nurtured.
This can be a far stretch for people, we are not conditioned for this.
Some ways to do this is to treat YOURSELF in an unconditional loving way! Make this a practice and discipline. Inspire and nurture yourself, reach out to people you resonate with and risk being vulnerable asking for what you need. When you are filled up with love and joy, you attract others of the same wave length, when you love yourself you attact a mate that does not operate on dysfunction/ codependance, DRAMA that is not channeled for the stage. Let this be a lifestyle- self love!
Be the person you want to spend the rest of your life with!
This can be a process and this is pretty loaded for some! Also your relationship with Spirit is not to be ignored. I don't really resonate with people that don't believe in anything so we don't have enough in common in a true union.
I have a feeling this post may upset some and I understand, it can seem revolutionary to love yourself.
People who love themselves have love to give, others, the planet, animals.
