I have to share this story with you..
Last Saturday I arrived to the clinic and sat down with my staff.
I told them everything about the covid-19 pandemic and offered them to take a fully paid vacation , I wanted them to feel safe and not to feel obligated as I am to work with patients during this time.
All of my staff decided to stay and fight with me for the health of our patients community.
I was speechless and still am.
