Cedars Sinai Neurologist William Wei Chow (license number 64697) falsified medical records, together with his secretary Verna Daigle, after he misdiagnosed a patient with severe anxiety. In reality, this patient was dying from a cancerous tumor that was causing intractable epilepsy. Once Doctor Chow realized what he had done, he and his secretary refused to hand over the patient’s medical records.
