Read our full letter to Santa ⬇️
Dear Santa,
This year, our wound care team has tried to be as kind, compassionate, and hardworking as possible in caring for patients and supporting our partner facilities.
As we reflect on the year, we wanted to share a special wish list from our wound care company to the North Pole.
• First, we wish for fewer chronic wounds and faster healing for every patient, especially the most vulnerable seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care.
• We wish for every facility to have access to specialized wound care expertise, so no patient goes without timely, evidence-based treatment.
• We wish for stronger collaboration and communication among providers, nurses, therapists, and families, so wound prevention and care become truly seamless.
• We wish for ongoing education, training, and resources for clinical teams, giving them confidence and tools to tackle even the most complex wounds.
• We wish for innovative technologies and products that are not only effective, but also accessible and sustainable for the facilities that need them most.
• We wish for fewer avoidable hospitalizations, less pain, and more comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every person we serve.
If your sleigh has any extra room, Santa, we would also love: more gratitude and recognition for the frontline nurses, caregivers, and wound care clinicians who work tirelessly all year; renewed energy and resilience for healthcare teams; and a 2026 filled with healing, hope, and healthier outcomes for our communities.
With appreciation and a little holiday magic,
PAS Wound Care
