Meet Michael Arnstein — Vestibular Mindset Coach!

Michael is a personal coach who specializes in supporting people living with chronic dizziness. As a vestibular warrior himself, he understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and cognitive toll these conditions can take — and how isolating it can feel when it’s hard to find guidance that truly speaks to your experience.
Over time, people living with chronic dizziness can find themselves caught in a loop of fear and rumination — checking their bodies constantly, staying hyper-vigilant, and pulling back from parts of life that once felt easy. They want more freedom again, but don’t always know how to unwind the fear or rebuild confidence safely.

Vestibular Mindset Coaching focuses on changing this cycle. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical cognitive tools, coaching helps reduce fear around symptoms, unwind patterns of overthinking and avoidance, and rebuild a steadier, more trusting relationship with your body — rather than feeling like symptoms are constantly running the show.
