🦋 Today is Su***de Prevention Day 🦋

🌿 Every 40 seconds, someone dies by su***de worldwide.
🌿 Su***de is the leading cause of death for people aged 15–29.
🌿 For every life lost, 20 more people attempt su***de, and countless others silently carry the weight of suicidal thoughts.

These are not just numbers. They are loved ones, teammates, colleagues, and friends.

Reach out to the one who’s gone quiet. Check in on the strong one. Be the person who makes someone feel seen, even when they don’t know how to ask.

Su***de can be prevented
not through perfection, but through presence.

If you’re struggling right now:
You don’t have to go through this alone. Call or text **988** to be connected with someone who will listen and support you, anytime, day or night.

Your life matters. Your story matters. We are here.
