Do you want a little strength AND a little mobility AT THE SAME TIME?! I got you:

The Squat to Shoulder Pass-through:
1) helps to strengthen the squat pattern
2) keeps the core on and trunk in alignment
3) offers a yummy chest and shoulder opener

You don't even need a resistance band in order to do this movement. You can use a towel!
Just make sure to move your hands far enough apart so that you can pull the towel all the way to your butt.
Bonus hip mobility points if you can pause at the bottom of the squat for a full inhale and exhale 🤗💖

Do you have tight neck/ shoulder muscles? Can you casually pop your shoulder out of socket?....yea stop doing that...and strengthen your rotator cuff! LOL. This is one way to do that with little to no equipment! Just a casual pool activity for ya 😅. Remember! It's all connected! The neck can often compensate for the shoulder especially when the shoulder is unstable! Stability comes before strength! ⁠
