Let me say this clearly:
I am not perfect. And I donât expect you to be either.
During our recent move, my workouts stopped.
My running paused.
I stopped tracking my water and food.
And that was intentional.
That season required my energy elsewhere. The move was the priority, and I was okay with that.
This is something a lot of people miss:
Pausing is not quitting.
Losing focus is not failing.
Adjusting priorities does not erase who you are.
Health isnât about rigid rules. Itâs about knowing when to push and when to give yourself permission to shift.
Now that life is settling, my focus is shifting back too.
Not with guilt. Not with punishment.
Just with intention.
If youâve had a season where things fell off, youâre not behind.
Youâre human.
And you can always begin again.
