PT N' Play Physical Therapy Inc We are a privately owned pediatric physical therapy clinic with over 18 years of experience. We Perform comprehensive developmental evaluations.

Pt N' Play provides pediatric physical therapy services for infants and children ages 0-18. It was founded in 2002 to provide a holistic approach to physical therapy for children in a caring, warm and playful environment. Our team of pediatric specialist delivers the most current and effective treatment strategies with the goal of empowering caregivers to assist children in reaching their developmental potential. It is our belief that therapy should be fun and exciting at every session! Our therapists specialize in the treatment of torticollis / plagiocephaly, neurological and genetic disorders, gross motor delays, sensory dysfunction, congenital orthopedic impairments, delays due to prematurity, movement disorders and impairments in motor planning and balance and more! We also provide screenings and consultations, orthotic fittings, and evaluations for equipment recommendations. We offer preventative and fitness programs. Treatment Method including, but not limited to:
-NDT (neurodevelopmental treatment)
-Myofascial release
-kinesiotaping
-Cranial sacral therapy
- TAMO
- Sensory Integration
- TES (threshold electric stimulation)
- Partial weight bearing gait training

A great article on the use of exersaucers. I am definitely not a fan of sticking a baby in a device (unless it’s a swing at my gym 😁) but this article does give some great tips on how to modify play with it. As a mom of two rambunctious boys, I understand the need for breaks. Limiting time in “play devices” is essential to develop your child’s gross motor development.
