A few free tips that could transform your weight loss journey. Don’t be deceived by their simplicity. It’s usually the “simple” things most people aren’t doing that make a huge difference. High quality nutrition plays a key role in so many factors that affect weight. And more effective and sustainable than trendy diets and bio hacks.

Is this all it takes? No, of course not. Every body and life is different and requires unique nutrients, supplements, exercise regimens, toxin reduction, motivational techniques, etc. But these are some foundational elements that must be in place for the majority of people to find lasting success.

Can’t tolerate gluten? If you don’t have celiac disease, then it’s possible the issue it’s actually not gluten, but FRUCTAN, a carbohydrate found in many of the same wheat, rye and barley products. 🍞

The good news? Fructan can be broken down with digestive enzymes. This means that you might actually be able to eat these foods without pain!

A great test is to go about 1-2 weeks with no gluten containing foods. Then, try eating sourdough bread, which is low in fructan. Try again for a few days on a row and Give it a few days to see if any symptoms occur. If you feel fine, then it’s likely fructan is the issue.

Next, try eating a normal bread with FODZYME sprinkled on top and see if any symptoms occur. If not, you have a great solution to be able to better tolerate these foods without pain!

I’m always surprised how few women I see when I’m out riding. Cycling is so much fun and yet so few women seem to know about the joy and freedom of cycling! It’s so heavily dominated by men. 🚴🏼‍♀️
If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend you borrow a bike or get one from Craigslist and discover what a beautiful form of exercise it can be!

It’s a simple tip to make every training session and race go smoother and help you improve. Even minimal dehydration can make you feel and perform worse. Check your p*e before you plan to head out. If it’s not pale yellow, drink some water with a pinch of salt. If you have time, check again before you leave to make sure you’re well hydrated and ready to rock!
