Nutrition is never one size fits all and there are always exceptions to the rules.

This was a delicious, filling, and nutrient dense dinner - if you need some ideas! Creamy Garlic Chicken & Vegetables from (except I subbed oat milk so it wasn’t quite so creamy) with sweet potatoes and quinoa added for more carbs, broccoli and kale salad from Trader Joe’s with added carrots, cucumber and micro greens.

Lots of flavor, loads of fiber, nutrient dense 👍🏻

Many runners seem to follow very random “guidelines” based on what a fellow runner, pro triathlete or supplement company said and doing it all wrong.

We should be fueling based on physiology, intensity, duration of exercise and personal limitations/preferences.

Even these guidelines won’t be perfect for everyone in every scenario, but they are evidence-based, proven guidelines to start with. So share THESE with your running buddies 🙌🏻📱
