Easy Cream Pies you can make at home — simple, no-fuss, but full of flavor:

Recipes👇

1. Pecan Cream Pie

Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 9-inch pie crust (baked), homemade or store-bought

For the filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy cream (cold)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted for extra flavor)

For the topping:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Optional: drizzle of caramel sauce or whipped cream

Instructions:
Toast the Pecans (optional but recommended): In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast pecans for 3–5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Fold in the 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans.
Assemble the Pie:
Spoon the filling into the baked pie crust and smooth the top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Top & Serve:
Sprinkle with remaining pecans just before serving. Add a drizzle of caramel sauce or whipped cream if desired.

2. Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust (traditional, graham cracker, or Oreo)

For the filling:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups whole milk
4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

For topping:
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:
Make the Chocolate Filling:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
Temper the Eggs:
Slowly whisk a small amount of the hot mixture into the egg yolks to warm them. Then gradually add the yolk mixture back into the pan. Continue cooking and whisk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2½ teaspoons cornstarch
White Chocolate Fudge
3 cups good quality white baking chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk

🤍 Strawberry
2 teaspoons strawberry extract, I used Watkins
½ teaspoon red food color gel
¾ cup salted sweet cream butter
½ cup half and half
⅓ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
3 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1¾ cups good quality white baking chips, I used Ghirardelli
7 ounces marshmallow fluff

Your Easy weekdays Breakfast Ideas..
Soft, sweet, and golden — three ways to start your day right.

Recipes 👇

1. Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works too)
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 tbsp milk (only if batter is too thick)

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients – In another bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine – Gently stir wet mixture into dry. If too thick, add a splash of milk. Batter should be thick but pourable.
Cook – Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, flip, and cook until golden brown.
Serve – Stack and enjoy with honey, maple syrup, fruit, or even a spoon of extra yogurt on top.

2. French Toast Sticks

Ingredients
4 thick slices of bread (Texas toast or brioche works best)
2 large eggs
½ cup milk (or cream for richer flavor)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare bread – Cut each slice of bread into 3 or 4 thick sticks.
Make custard – In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Dip – Quickly dip each bread stick into the mixture (don’t soak too long or they’ll fall apart).
Cook – Heat butter/oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry sticks until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Serve – Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or fruit for dipping.

3. Classic Crepes

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour

🍢 Filipino BBQ Skewers – A Taste of Home

What You’ll Need:
3 lbs pork or chicken (bite-sized pieces)
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup lemon juice or vinegar
½ cup banana ketchup (or tomato ketchup if preferred)
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 can of lime soda (like Sprite or 7-Up)

Instructions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add the meat, coat well, and cover. Marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours — overnight is even better!
3. Thread the meat onto skewers.
4. Grill over medium heat, basting occasionally with the leftover marinade.

This vibrant red sauce is a delicious mix of sweet, sour, and savoury flavours- perfect for egg rolls, dumplings, fried wontons, or crispy chicken. Once you try it, you'll want to drizzle it on everything!

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water (for slurry)
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
Mix pineapple juice, tomato paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
Mix cornstarch and water in a separate small cup to make a smooth slurry.
Pour the juice mixture into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.

Heavenly Moist Fruit Cake
Ingredients
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
½ cup (100g) white sugar
1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs, at room temperature
½ cup (120ml) milk or buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 ½ cups (240g) mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, dates)
½ cup (80g) glazed cherries, halved
½ cup (70g) chopped nuts (optional)
2 tablespoons orange juice or rum (for soaking fruits)
Instructions
Soak the dried fruits and cherries in orange juice or rum for at least 30 minutes (overnight if possible) to keep them juicy and moist. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl, cream the butter with brown and white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and orange zest. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, mixing gently until combined. Fold in the soaked fruits (drain any excess liquid), cherries, and nuts. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
For extra moisture and flavor, brush the top with warm orange juice or a light sugar syrup while still warm.
