What is the best journaling strategy for self-growth?

Remember the word "Flight":

F stands for Feelings and thoughts. Write about the emotions you experienced today and reflect on yourself. You might discover patterns in your emotions.

L stands for Long-term goal. Set a long-term goal and write it down where you can see it every day. It will help you not to forget your destination.

I stands for Initiative-Taking. Decide on proactive tasks to do every day or week and act on them.

G stands for Gratitude Journaling. Think about and write down something you are thankful for each day.

H stands for Habit Tracking. Choose habits you want to change and manage them consistently every day.

T stands for To-Do List. List your tasks for today in chronological order and take action on them.

Have you ever held a cup of water for just a minute and felt fine, but holding it for hours made your arm ache?

It's the same with our worries. Holding on to them for a short time isn't harmful, but holding on to them for hours, days ot years on end can cause us pain.

Remember to put the cup down every once in a while and take a break from your worries.
