Better together! Ok it’s official- we are in the thick of it! Full holiday countdown mode is on & it’s November already- how did that happen? No idea🤣
But what I do know for certain after years of training is this is an especially hard time of year to stick to workout routines & stay on track with self-care rituals, clean eating & making ourselves a priority.
What does help even the most fitness-inspired enthusiasts with that extra bump in motivation? Buddying up!🎉🎉💯
Grab a loved one, fam, friend or like minded colleague & make weekly dates. Sweat, take a class, share a trainer sess (especially love when my clients do this:) walk date or share a sauna sess- I truly love doing this with hubby! Do not let yourself be gobbled up with mile long to-do lists. Even if it’s walking up in the dark or using a lunch break to sweat it out.
Get it done daily😘No excuses! Only luv😉
