Working With Jessica

My approach leverages an inherent ability to connect with teens. My style combines humor, warmth, and mindfulness to help my clients create and realize meaningful change for themselves and their families. We'll get to know each other first, and when you're ready, we'll begin to explore what brings you to therapy, and bring in family to support your journey when you feel ready. Mindfulness means being in the present moment, and purposely paying attention to ourselves. Mindfulness will play a significant role in our treatment as I combine exploratory discussions with mindfulness practices (such as sound, breathing, and meditation).
