The Assistant Clinical Director is a key leadership role responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of the clinical components of a comprehensive, trauma-informed, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse treatment program. This position requires strong leadership, program expertise, and supervisory skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. The Assistant Clinical Director will support leadership in providing day-to-day clinical supervision, ongoing curriculum development, and monitoring of program documentation, with a focus on meeting the needs of individuals served. Case Manager position at Recover Integrity

Recover Integrity is a values-based addiction treatment and mental health program: we treat our clients and their families with dignity, respect and compassion. We are currently seeking an efficient, systems oriented and dedicated Counselor/Case Manager to join our team at Recover Integrity. As a counselor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our male clients as they navigate their mental health and substance abuse recovery journeys. This position requires CADC equivalent, or higher certification, master's degree or minimum of 1 year of experience in a working in a counseling or caser management position at a mental health, dual diagnosis, or addiction treatment milieu

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counseling sessions with male clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure holistic care for each client, addressing mental, emotional, and behavioral aspects.

- Actively engage in case management duties, including coordinating with external agencies, developing aftercare plans, and assisting clients in accessing necessary resources.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.

- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in times of need.
