Just incase you were wondering 💭 YOU do not need to eat any certain way to be considered spiritual and to awaken your full powers. You don’t need to be vegan, you don’t need to be plant based...You just need to listen to YOUR body. Please start realizing on your spiritual journey to do what resonates with you. Lately I’ve been seeing people try to create rules on what’s right and what’s wrong but personally on this journey I feel there’s no right or wrong because your journey should be all about you. Start meditating 🧘🏾‍♀️ and do what you’re called to do. We have to stop trying to put so many rules on being Spiritual 🥴. Also STOP assuming being spiritual is all roses and flowers because there are days where you feel on top of the world 🌎 and on other days you might want to cry 😭 but that’s okay because there are light and dark days on this journey.
