I have studied Hypnosis and Functional Nutrition with Reflex Analysis. Using these as guides I have created a transformational approach to physical and mental wellness. Your blocks or physical/emotional imbalances are often beyond what you know. I use reflexology, intuitive connection, energy work and hypnosis to discover the core of these blocks so that they can easily be released.

Boy, does teaching your kids how to drive, DRIVE up all your control issues!!! 🚗💨

This is my second go at it, and let me tell you, when it comes to spiritual gifts, deep healing, ah-ha moments, and body feedback, I’m a phenomenal teacher. But behind the wheel with my kids? … I SUCK at it! 😂

The truth is, this whole process has been my teacher. I’m blessed with patient kids, because wow, does it humble me. Every fear, every old trauma, every ounce of control I thought I let go of… shows right up in the passenger seat.

Love always has a way of humbling us, breaking us open, and reminding us that we are forever students. Lesson “learn-ing,” always in progress.

This is sacred time for me, I love being in the desert, where the silence speaks, the Earth breathes beneath my feet, and the sky opens wide to remind me of my place in the cosmos. 🌵✨
I came here to pause… and in the stillness, I reconnected. With Mother Earth. With the stars. With myself. With my daughter!

I love watching the Sunrise and Sunset as it paints pink, lavender and orange across the horizon, and under the night sky, I watched as two meteor showers danced above us, showering us with wishes as the cosmic whispered “that magic is always near if we’re still enough to see it.”

A true leader leads with love. In times of division and uncertainty, it’s easy to fall into anger, resentment, and blame. But real leadership, whether in politics, communities, or our own lives requires something far more courageous: the ability to lead with love, even when circumstances feel unjust or disappointing.

It is easy to react with frustration. It is easy to meet opposition with more opposition and anger. But what is truly powerful? Does holding onto anger create the change we seek, or does it keep us stuck in the same cycle of discord and protest?

If you find yourself disliking the current state of leadership, I ask you this: What would bring about real transformation, allowing anger to guide your response, or shifting toward something greater, something rooted in love, wisdom, and true strength?

A leader who leads with love does not ignore problems or pretend everything is perfect. They face reality with clarity, but they choose to respond in a way that ELEVATES rather than divides. If love were the guiding force in leadership, regardless of who holds the title, how different would the world look?

Closing out 2024 and welcoming 2025 has been a whirlwind of emotions. From bringing my daughter to Barcelona to start her new chapter, filled with pride, tears, and the bittersweetness of letting go, to landing in LA during the chaos of fires and six days of no power. It was a time that reminded me of the power of resilience, stillness, and finding joy in the simplicity of family connection amidst the hard moments.

We also said goodbye to my grandfather on New Year’s Eve—96 years of a life well-lived. His wisdom, humor, and love left a legacy that will forever guide us. It’s a reminder to cherish the time we have, hold close to the memories, and honor those who came before us.

This journey is a reflection of life’s duality—the beauty of watching my daughter expand her wings to shine, the grounding moments that remind me what truly matters, and the gift of moving forward with gratitude. Through it all, I’ve been able to return to what lights me up: traveling for work, sharing what I love, and embracing the twists and turns of this beautiful, unpredictable life. Here’s to 2025—a year of growth, resilience, and love.

✨ As the Cancer Full Moon graces the skies, many of us are navigating the energy of destruction and renewal. Here in Los Angeles, we’re facing the fires that bring deep emotions—anger, sorrow, fear, and sadness. While these feelings are heavy, they also hold the power for transformation.
