I use reflexology, intuitive connection, energy work and hypnosis to discover the core of these blocks so that they can easily be released.

Holiday joy is officially taking over my whole spirit ✨🎄 Especially today. The Christmas music in the airport, the lounges, the hotel lobbies, the restaurants… it’s been following me like a trail of magic. And honestly, in LA where I live, the holiday spirit can feel muted or apologetic, it has been feeling so good to be in places that celebrate it fully. Heading home with a full heart of joy and magic! 🎄🤶

Some things find you early… and stay with you for a lifetime.

When I was 17, my mom gave me a tiny capsule necklace. I wore it everywhere, and people would always stop me and ask about it. I didn’t realize then how much it would shape the way I hold intention, energy, and ritual.

Years later, when I began supporting clients, friends, and family, I kept thinking about that little capsule ~ how it grounded me, how it carried my private wishes and gratitude, how it made me feel connected to myself. So I created my own version. Not to “sell,” but to share something meaningful… something that supported me for decades.

A wearable ritual for intention, frequency, and self-expression. Your bracelet or necklace isn’t just jewelry ~ it’s an extension of your energy and a sacred container for your intentions.
One end carries the crystal you choose, amplifying and grounding your frequency.
The other carries your written wish, prayer, or gratitude… rolled into the capsule so you can feel its vibration throughout your day.

The next slides show the necklace and bracelet, the pieces closest to my heart.
And the last photo is of my guidance cards ~ the ones I’ve used since I was 27 for journaling, meditation, and those moments when I just needed an answer or a reminder I wasn’t alone.

They’ve been with me through everything.

✨ December Ritual to Reset Your Energy ✨

✨A SIMPLE RITUAL:
To harness the magic, clarity, and cleansing energy of winter…

STEP 1 ~ The Slow Breath
Take three long, grounding breaths.
With each exhale, imagine the cold winter air carrying away a pattern, thought, or habit you no longer want to bring into the new year.

STEP 2 ~ The Light Within
Light a candle (white or soft gold).
Watch the flame and ask and/or journal:

•What part of me is ready to grow brighter? •What truth am I stepping into?

Let the answers arrive...

STEP 3 ~ Release + Blessing
Write down on a loose piece of paper:

•one thing you’re letting go of
•one thing you’re calling in.

Fold the paper, place it under your candle or by a window, and let the energy of the season, stillness, clarity, winter magic, guide it into form.

Gratitude has a way of softening the world… and today my heart is overflowing. ✨

I could never be the version of myself that I am, nor serve the way I do, without the loyalty, innovation, and unwavering care of the people who walk beside me. We rise together. We create together. And we bring love, light, and healing into the world together.

To ALL the team members, who are pictured and those who aren’t… your devotion, brilliance, and support are felt in every moment. You are the strength behind so much of this work. 🤍

The last few months have been a beautiful blur of airports, workshops, sacred spaces, and the souls I’m blessed to meet along the way. ✨
Some might look at my travel schedule and see exhaustion, (you’re not wrong…🤪) and sure, I haven’t been home for more than a solid week all year, but what I feel most is gratitude for being guided to these places to be a teacher, a mother, a listener…

Between client work, ceremonies, and holding space around the world, I always manage to sneak in little pockets of joy… a long hug from an old friends, a sunset that stops me in my tracks, a quiet coffee before the next flight. These in-between moments are where my heart exhales. 💛

Life has its own rhythm right now ~ fast, full, beautifully demanding, but it’s also teaching me presence, devotion, and how much love I get to give and receive on this path.

Here’s to the journey, the people who remind me why I do what I do, and the tiny moments that keep my spirit grounded no matter where I land. 🌍✨

Last week on my IG LIVE, Luisa courageously opened her heart and shared a truth she’s carried since she was 5 years old. When I muscle tested her control patterns, the body revealed the age her nervous system froze… and she bravely chose to speak what happened.

This clip ends with a reminder I want every survivor to feel in their bones:

Molestation, trauma, violation, as devastating as they are, do not define the soul. They are experiences that happened to us, not what we are.
And when we choose to heal, reclaim, and rise… even the darkest parts of our story can activate our deepest creative, spiritual power.

We are not victims when we remember who we are.
We are creators, even in the face of what tried to break us.

Honoring Luisa and every soul who has survived, healed, and continued to rise.

✨ New Mexico was mystical and magical ✨

I was so honored to be invited to deepen my Listening with the wise and inspiring Gail Larson as she curated her new workshop. The group was incredible 💫 Gail always brings together the most powerful and heart-centered people!

We stayed at MEA in Santa Fe, which was simply awe-inspiring. Afterwards, I took time to rest and integrate at Los Poblanos Inn & Organic Lavender Farm in Albuquerque, a moment for self-love and reconnecting with transformational love. 💜

What a journey life is. I’m so grateful for these sacred pockets of time within my busy schedule to practice what I preach: self-care, stillness, and gratitude. 🌿🙏🏼
