😢 I am so heart broken over D’Angelos passing. When I started working for EMI records then onto Virgin Records as an Urban Rep, his Brown Sugar album was one of the first I had the pleasure of working on, and then that video for ‘How Does It Feel’ from the Voodoo album made a mark. He was wonderful to work with and was and is one of my favorite artist of all time. Unique, original, and he brought back the soul we needed in R&B. You will be missed. 💔 &b

🍂 Fall leaves, stems and branches are an essential component of Autumn decor. It brings the outside in. For those who don’t have access to to natural material outside their door, many new faux botanicals look very real and are an investment to use every year. Have fun with color and texture.

🍂 Fall Entertaining is like no other time of year. We kick it off with Labor Day, back to school events, Halloween 🎃, and the big Thanksgiving dinner. Let’s add a few things to spruce up the table, the bar, or entryway for guests. Links to products are in my Fall Shop ⬆️. 🎃👻

Can you really have too many pillows? I think not. Pillow covers are great to change over seasons without buying new pillows. I like to change up my throws every few years to freshen things up.
Mix it up with multiple patterns and solids to get that styled look.

It is now Early Fall. Although Autumn won’t be here until September 20th, I’ve been dreaming about cool days and nights since the beginning of July. Actually all year since it’s my favorite time of year!
If you haven’t strategy you Fall decorating yet, I have some ideas for you to try. Woven textures are everywhere and can add instant warmth to any room. They can be used all year round. Use a touch or as a major piece. 🍁🍂 🍁

I’ve been making this Reuteri / SIBO Yogurt using Dr. Davis’ recipe for the last month or so. I have definitely noticed a difference with my gut. I will probably see more improvement at the 2 month mark. I’ll keep you posted! See my previous post on what I used to make the yogurt.
