Ditch the coleslaw and make this Cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’ salad !!
So tangy and refreshing. Itโ€™s the real dill ! ๐ŸŒฟ
Add cherry ๐Ÿ’ tomatoes for a twist. The salad comes together in a matter of minutes and you can make it ahead of time which is better so that the dressing can coat the cucumbers. This also will last in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Recipe
Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
4 Persian or mini cucumbers cut into 1/4 inch slices. Set aside
3 tbsp small diced white onion
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream or labne
3 tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
*Halved cherry tomatoes Optional

Directions
Whisk all ingredients (accept cucumbers) until combined.
Pour over cucumbers and tomatoes if using, and mix until all slices are coated.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours is best but can be eaten immediately. ๐Ÿ˜‹

My favorite strawberries from Harryโ€™s Berries sooo super sweet and full of flavor. Have you seen these white ones with a hint of blush โ˜บ๏ธ? They look unripe but are ready to eat. They are sweet and do have a strong strawberry flavor. Got these from Trader Joeโ€™s . Thinking of all the visual possibilities when swapping out these with the red ones ๐Ÿค” ๐Ÿฅง? ๐Ÿฐ? ๐Ÿฅฎ? ๐Ÿฅ—?
