All profit from this event will be put towards Ava’s and Noah jr.’s future milestones.

I am sorry to inform everyone but our boy went to his final resting place earlier this morning. He will be missed by the members of Rgv Strength. I personally will miss the late night conversations we would have after a work out. Bars loaded!! Let’s go!!!

I want to thank the entire crew for everything they did this weekend.
Spotters and loaders killed it running 52 competitors with no misloads and no drops.

The only reason the gym exist is because of the lifters of the past and the only reason it continues to grow is because of the present lifters.

Welcomed two more originals to the crew last night. Two hard working dedicated people that have kept me in line through out the last 18 months and motivated many people in the gym when there wasn’t much to be motivated about.
